During your Holy Hour:
This weekend, we would encourage you during your Holy Hour to keep in mind the words of Pope Francis, “…listen and be silent in order to make space for the beauty of God.”
If you are the only person/group there during the night hours and would like to pray the rosary, Divine Mercy chaplet, or other prayers aloud, please feel free to do so.
If you are new to making a Holy Hour of Eucharistic Adoration and would like to have ideas of how to do so, we would suggest that you begin your prayer time with Jesus by taking a few minutes to offer the hour to Him for an increase in vocations to the priesthood and consecrated life, especially that they may come from our Diocese, your parish, your family, and your friends. There will also be a wide range of prayer materials available outside the chapel and a basket inside.
Please encourage your friends and family to join you during your Holy Hour, or to stop by at any point during the weekend, even if just for a short period of time.
Your prayers are worth more than we can express. May you have a blessed weekend!
