Into the Fields

Into the Fields is alternative way to Faith Beyond 2000 to certify your catechists for their basic catechist certification.  It is also an excellent  for small group Adult Faith Formation. The process includes:

Step 1. Spiritual Exercises
The Spiritual Exercises for Into the Fields draw upon the wisdom of St. Ignatius of Loyola.
These Spiritual Exercises are intended to help you grow in your faith and deepen your
relationship with God. The reflections and music engage your mind and will, stretch your
understanding, and draw you nearer to the heart of the Lord. The goal here is to be with the God
who loves you far more than you know.

Step 2. Theological Content
The Theological Content follows the flow of the Catechism of the Catholic Church and is
complete and comprehensive but in plain English. The purpose is to study the substance of the
Catholic faith in measured, manageable amounts.

Step 3. Tools for Teaching
‘Tools for Teaching’ offers practical catechetical skills and concrete strategies that work in real
teaching sessions.
