Breaking: California Bishops Release Statement in Support of Prop 34 to End the Death Penalty

The California Catholic Bishops have issued a definitive statement in support of Prop 34, the initiative on the November ballot to replace the death penalty with life without possibility of parole.  The bishops urge us to prayerfully consider moving "toward a restorative justice that helps transform a culture of death into a culture of life."  Please remember:  YES on 34 = Life and NO on 34=death.
