We are happy to announce the Diocese of San Jose’s Flexible Spending Open Enrollment and the arrival of our new Flex Spending Carrier, Colonial Life and Accident Insurance Company. Colonial, founded in 1939, is a market leader that offers a broad line of personal & flexible spending insurance products in one neat package. Their representatives will provide you with one-on-one guidance on products that will help protect your financial assets during the difficult and challenging times in your life.
 

Starting January 1,  2011 - Colonial Life will be our new Flexible Spending benefit carriet starting January 1, 2011. AFLAC will no longer carry the Flexible Spending Policy with the Diocese of San Jose. AFLAC will no longer be our Flex Spending benefit carrier effective 12/31/10.
