This workshop is an oppportunity to renew body, mind and spirit. It will offer wellness practices for self-care and give skills for use with groups and individuals affected by stress, trauma and violence. Patricia Cane is the Founder and Director of Capacitar, an international project of empowerment and solidarity (www.capacitar.org). Pat is especially dedicated to working with women, the underserved, the traumatized and communities affected by violence in the US and worldwide. Open to Caregivers, Health Care and Pastoral Care Workers, Counselors, Social Workers, Psychologists, Therapists, Spiritual Directors, Medical Professionals, Trauma Counselors.
