The Santa Clara County Suicide Prevention Advisory Committee (SPAC), co-chaired by Supervisor Liz Kniss and Mental Health Board Member Vic Ojakian, warmly invites you to attend a Public Forum to discuss WHO is at risk of committing suicide?    WHY do people commit suicide? HOW can we prevent suicide? and WHERE are services available?  Be part of the effort to define how we, united as one community, can prevent these deaths and cries for help by cherished members of our community.

To learn more about the extensive work that this dedicated committee of 40 people from different groups, agencies, and interests have undertaken these past four months call or email Elena Tindall at Elena.tindall@hhs.sccgov.org, (408) 793-5843, or visit the Santa Clara County Suicide Prevention website at www.sccgov.mhd/spac for a treasure trove of information and resources.
