- A 24-hour helpdesk telephone number answered by a live person at 408-983-0165. All calls will be tracked and dispatched for service to the appropriate personnel.
- Technical support is available to all Diocese of San Jose employees via web-based helpdesk solution available at support.dsj.org. This allows for 24-hour problem reporting.
