Workshop on Tribunal Procedures

Workshop Part I is on Sacramental Record Keeping for new Parish Personnel, Office Managers, Administrative Assistants and Secretaries. The topics include:
1. Sacramental Registers: Notations, Change or Removal of Entries
2. Missing or Unrecorded Entries
3. Permanent, historical records and confidential information: Storage and Proper Handling
4. Sponsors and Godparents – Proxy Godparents, Legal Guardianship and Adoptions
Workshop Part II is for the newly ordained Priests and Deacons and other Pastoral Ministers involved in Marriage Preparation and also those seeking the Sacraments of Initiation in the Catholic Church. This will also include the Formal Marriage Annulment Process and the other Documentary Processes.
