Estate Planning Workshop

Estate Planning is a comprehensive process involving many components. The workshop will cover Living Trusts; charitable and legacy planning; a lifetime gifting program; medical care planning (Advance Health Care Directive); planning for incapacity (durable financial power of attorney); and burial, funeral planning. Come with your questions.
Presenter: David J. Brazgel, Estate Attorney, The Mlnarik Law Group, Inc., Santa Clara. David received his law degree from Santa Clara University in 2013.
