Bishop Oscar Cantú and the Diocese of San José commend the Sisters of Presentation and their High School’s new administration in commissioning an independent review and public distribution of the findings. Transparency and accountability are a necessary part of the way towards reconciliation at the School. The Diocese believes that by learning from its past, Presentation High School can now support the healing of those victims and survivors.
The Diocese of San José provides its own comprehensive services and care to victims/survivors of sexual abuse and encourages anyone who has not previously come forward to do so. The Diocese of San José works tirelessly to ensure a safe environment for all God’s children to prevent the devastating sin of sexual abuse by promoting awareness, requiring accountability, and demonstrating transparency.
