St. Clare Families Drive Thru for Easter Meal Kits

On Holy Saturday, April 11, St. Clare School Families distributed Easter Meal Kits prepared by Modern Fine Catering. The meal kits were offered for purchase to raise funds to benefit families in need and to support the tuition assistance program for St. Clare families who are food insecure, underemployed or have recently lost their livelihood.
Over 100 meal kits were distributed and almost $2000 in donations came in to support families in need of assistance. In addition, St. Clare teachers and support staff were present to wave to families who came to pick up their meals, providing an opportunity for school children and families for a little pre-Easter pick me up.
We are so very grateful to the volunteers, the organizers and the teachers and families who shared in this encounter, even from a distance.
