The goal is to provide a safe, supportive space to help ensure that no one feels alone in their struggle. Sharing each other’s stories can be a liberating and welcome break in the silence that surrounds mental health challenges. You’re invited to Hear and Be Heard in this safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment. Let this supportive community decrease isolation and stigma. Open to ages 16+.
