The Office of Discipleship Formation & Institute for Leadership in Ministry (ILM) encompasses the catechetical and sacramental life of children, youth, and their families and the leadership formation for the 54 parishes and missions of the Diocese of San Jose.
The Office of Discipleship Formation and ILM oversees the following Offices:
Faith Formation serves the catechetical and sacramental life of children and their families.
Youth Ministry includes the ministries for junior high and high school youth and youth Confirmation.
The Institute for Leadership in Ministry (ILM) / Instituto de Liderazgo Ministerial, provides parish leaders with comprehensive theological and pastoral formation in catechesis, liturgy, youth ministry, pastoral ministry, and social justice.
