Anointing ~ A Healing Ritual
You are invited to join us for an informative presentation on this Sacrament. There will be time to ask questions and discover why not to wait until the ‘last minute’ to call a priest.
St. Joseph of Cupertino and Catholic Cemeteries present:
Anointing of the Sick ~ One of the seven sacraments for baptized Catholics of all ages who seek recovery in body, mind, and spirit. There still may be a misunderstanding that this Sacrament is solely for those on their death bed. However, it may be given to those who are impaired due to sickness, injury, old age, those undergoing surgery, and those with physical or emotional problems. This Sacrament can offer strength, peace, and courage to endure with grace the sufferings of illness, as well as restoration of health according to God’s will.
St. Joseph of Cupertino will be offering the Sacrament, Anointing of the Sick, in the Church following the presentation.
