Caring for yourself with hope. An Advance Health Care Directive is a document that clearly states your requests regarding health care if you are unable to do this for yourself. This workshop discusses important issues that arise from these decisions.

Planning your funeral with faith. The Vigil, the Funeral Mass and the Committal have distinct purposes in our journey . When we experience the death of a loved one, we have the rituals and prayers of our church to guide us. This workshop will assist you in making choices about your funeral or that of someone close to you
