Come and join our Spiritual Exercises Workshop, Fr. Andrew will present the examination of conscience according to St. Ignatius and how it can enrich your life.

This workshop focuses on how to pay attention to your Heart, spiritual movements through St. Ignatius the Exam Prayer.
For people who plan to come to the workshop, please bring your own book of The Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius by George Ganss, S.J., and your notebook. (The SpEx book by Ganss, can be order through Amazon)
