Letting go, letting go! Do you ever have trouble letting things go? Come to our workshop where you will find a method of letting go and gain self-awareness. Practice the Examen Prayer and make Ignatius’s Consciousness Examen part of your daily life. The Examen Prayer is the wisdom of Ignatius for our lives today!
In the Examen Prayer Workshop Fr. Bob Fambrini S.J.,will help us to learn: What is the Examen and how can we begin to pray it? How can we adapt it to our daily life?
It’s time for us to prepare our hearts for welcoming the new born baby Jesus, Advent. This event will take place on Saturday, Nov 21, 10am to noon, at Most Holy Trinity Parish, Community Center 2040 Nassau Dr., Ca 95122 (Coffee & Bagel)
