Welcoming and Commissioning Day is a long-standing tradition in the Diocese of San Jose. It offers an opportunity for pastoral ministry leaders to renew friendships, meet and welcome new-comers. It also includes a special liturgy and commissioning presided by Msgr. Francis Cilia, a guest speaker, Carrie Rehak, and a great lunch.
